Ingredients: (for 4 servings)
- Curd – 1 bowl
- Masala sing – 1 bowl
- Palak Sev – 1 bowl
- Chopped Onions – ½ bowl
- Chopped coriander – ½ bowl
- Grated Beet root – ½ bowl
Method:
- In a large deep bowl take PalakSev, Masala Shing and Chopped Onions.
- Add curd in a bowl.
- Mix it well with a spoon.
- Pour in serving bowls.
- Garnish with chopped coriander and grated beetroot.
Tip:
you can also use chopped cucumber if available in the kitchen.
