if you are looking for some healthy, quick and affordable tea-time companion, here is some healthy twist with Chana Ki dal. A tummy filler in a true sense, Chala dal masala magic can be the best dish for your afternoon tea.
Ingredients:
- Chana Dal – 1 bowl
- Chopped Tomatoes – ½ bowl
- Chopped onions – ½ bowl
- Lemon – 1 medium size
For Garnishing:
- Nylon Sev – ½ bowl
Method:
- In a big bowl take Chana Dal
- Add chopped tomatoes and onions.
- Squeeze half lemon
- Toss it well with a spoon.
- Add few more lemon drops according to the taste.
- Take in a serving bowl
- Garnish with Nylon sev
Tip:
you can use chaat masala, here I have not used it as I like Chana dal’s spicy taste.
